Meng Textile Enterprises Face Closure Due To Insufficient Gas Supply
孟纺织协会主席昨日在记者招待会上透露，到目前为止，该协会约150家纺纱、编织及印花会员企业因供气压力过低无法发电导致工厂无法运转。这些工厂损失严重，很多已无力偿还银行贷款，支付银行利息甚至员工工资。如果供气问题持续恶化，很多纺织企业均面临关闭危险，这将对孟加拉纺织业产生巨大冲击。孟大量商界人士纷纷要求政府采取措施保障纺织企业的优先供气，但政府迟迟未见动静。
