Xiao Liu and his colleagues from Jiangxi thought they could get two months' wages from their bosses as long as they finished the goods in hand.

I never imagined they were still trying to catch up with the boss, but the boss suddenly disappeared.


On the 11 day, Xiao Liu and forty or fifty women workers paid no fruit and walked to the roof of the five floor of the factory.

After being coordinated by the local labor department, the factory's village committee paid 80% of the workers' wages.

Employee Xiao Chen said that he would be "beating the bucket" when he saw his hard-earned money. Dozens of older workers were forced to commit suicide.

After the incident, the local labor department intervened in coordinating the handling of the matter.

Liu Yaoquan, deputy director of the Dong Keng Labour Bureau, said that after many coordination, the village committee agreed to pay 80% of the wages.

"At present, there is no relevant laws and regulations. How much responsibility the boss has to run the village committee depends mainly on mutual consultation.

If workers want full wages, they can only be resolved through legal means.
