What Is Land Use Fee?

Land use fee refers to the expenses paid by the state to the land that the foreign invested enterprise obtains the right to the use of the land (except for those who obtain the right to use the land).

It is one of the means to regulate the use of land resources and an integral part of the state's revenue.

It does not include the cost of land acquisition, demolition compensation and infrastructure construction.
