     每个人都有自尊,愿意听好话,而不希望别人对自己指手画脚,这是人之常情,尤其是对部分有一定能力又具有自恋人格特征的下属,不恰当的批评和在业务上的干涉,常常会激起他们很强的心理逆反,甚至愤怒。或者和领导顶嘴,或者炒老板鱿鱼,这都是领导不愿看到的。而从另一个角度看,这些具有自恋人格特征的下属,往往进取心强,如果用好了,最有可能成为公司得力的干将。对于这样的员工,批评和要求,最好采取首先肯定他的成绩、能力和潜力,然后再具体地指出他工作中需要改进的地方,提出你对他的期望,最后别忘了说一句:“相信你一定能做好。”这样既让他不丢面子,又让他心中有数,还激发了他内在的动力。

Those who can achieve a higher social status are more narcissistic and more controllable than ordinary people. These characteristics can be a source of success on the one hand. On the other hand, there are many hidden dangers for dealing with subordinates. If you are easily irritated by the "under the head" or listening to the opinions of the subordinates, or the subordinates' demands are too high, so that their subordinates are miserable, then you need to reflect on yourself.
