Printing

1.

Transfer printing

FLOWER

First, the pigment is printed on paper to make pfer printing paper, and then pferred to the fabric by high temperature (heating and pressing on the back of the paper). It is generally used in chemical fiber fabrics. Its characteristics are bright colors, fine layers, realistic flowers and strong artistry, but the technology is only suitable for a few synthetic fibers such as polyester.

The technology of pfer printing is simple, with small investment and flexible production.

2. Discharge printing

Use no discharge agent.

dyestuff

After dyeing, the dye will be dyed and printed with a discharge dye or a dyestuff dye containing a discharge dye. After treatment, the dyestuff will be destroyed and the color will be stained to form a white pattern on the color field or a colored pattern formed on the dyestuff.

Also known as white or color pulling.

3. Reduced printing.

The process uses the difference in chemical resistance between different fibers in the interwoven or blended fabric, and applies a drawing agent to remove one of the fibers in the fabric, leaving the other fibers to form plucent patterns.

It's also called burn printing or burnt out printing.

4. Crinkle printing

The printing method can be applied locally to the fabric to make the fibers expand or shrink. Through proper treatment, the fibers of the printing part and the non printing part will be expanded or contracted, so that the products with regular concave convex patterns will be obtained.

Such as pure cotton printed foam with caustic soda as expanding agent.

It's also called bump printing.

5. Flat screen printing

Printing die

It is a polyester or nylon screen mesh with a hollowed pattern on the square rack.

The pattern on the flower plate can be passed through the color paste, and the polymer mesh is used to seal the mesh.

When printing, the flower plate is pressed tightly on the fabric, the color paste on the flower plate is scraped and pressed repeatedly with a scraper, so that the dye paste reaches the fabric surface through the pattern.

Flat screen printing has low efficiency, but wide adaptability and flexible application. It is suitable for small batch and multi variety production.

6, rotary screen printing

The printing mould is a cylindrical mesh screen with hollow pattern, which is installed in a certain order above the rubber guide belt running, and can rotate synchronously with the guide belt.

When printing, the color paste is stored in the net and stored in the net bottom. When the round net rotates along the conduction band, the scraper and the net are pressed relative to the net, and the color paste reaches the fabric surface through the web pattern.

Rotary screen printing is a continuous process with high production efficiency. It also has the advantages of roller and peace screen printing. However, there are still some limitations in fine texture and bright color.

7.

Pigment

printing

It is also called pigment printing. Since pigment is a water-soluble coloring material, it has no affinity for fibers. Its coloring must be achieved by coating the polymer compound (adhesive) and adhering to the fiber.

Pigment printing can be used in any fiber textile processing. It has advantages in blending and weaving. It is simple in technology, wide in chromatogram, clear in shape, but poor in touch and low in rubbing fastness.

8. Water paste printing

It is characterized by soft handle and bright coloring. The disadvantage is that the color of water slurry is lighter than that of cloth. If the color of cloth is deep, the water slurry can not be covered at all.

9. Mucilage printing

It has smooth and dumb face, soft, thin, environmental protection and so on. It can be stretched. Generally speaking, mucilage printing is more commonly used. For example, casual brands such as "YISHION" basically use glue, glue printing and water paste printing can be washed by water, and the price of glue is better than that of water slurry.

10. Ink printing

It is characterized by bright color and vivid image, and is suitable for non absorbent printing materials.
