For Chinese passengers to purchase tickets, they must provide their own resident identity cards and fill out the "passenger booking form"; foreign tourists, overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan will buy tickets.

A valid passport, a return card, a residence permit, a residence permit, a travel permit or other valid identity document issued by the public security organ must be produced, and the passenger booking form should be filled out.

Children's tickets (two years of age -12 years old) and infant tickets (within two years of age) should be purchased. Effective proof of children's and baby's date of birth should be provided.

Tickets for serious ill passengers are required to be issued by a medical unit for proof of flight and can be bought by the consent of the carrier.

A certificate of proof should be provided for the purchase of the preferential ticket stipulated by the carrier.
