I can go home sooner or later, take a day off at weekends, and ride a bike for more than half an hour on my way to work. I choose to work here, so I can take care of my home and do not have to catch up with the Spring Festival every year."

Wang Jinhong introduced that in Jiujiang's work, the company will provide meals and accommodation free of charge. There are also factories and buses to pick up and go to work. There will be a wage of working age, and the first year will be able to get a wage of about 800 yuan.

These measures are quite attractive in Jiujiang's local enterprises.

As early as 2006, the group started looking for a suitable production base in the Midwest and eventually chose to build a production base in the manufacturing area of Pengze County, Jiujiang, Jiangxi province. The first stage is to build a production base.

Now, the two phase of the project has been started, and 1000 people will be able to get jobs after completion.

While there were more than 1000 workers in the factory in Ningbo, and only 50 of them didn't come back to work in the new year's Eve. After the Lantern Festival, they were all on duty.

Wang Jinhong disclosed that the scale of production on this side of Ningbo has remained largely the same now. It will no longer expand. If more orders are left behind in the future, more production will depend on the Jiujiang production base. So this year, the enterprises did not participate in the Ningbo local recruitment meeting.
