On the day of 3 / 15 this year, the 12315 hotline of Hangzhou industrial and commercial bureau experienced a busy day, answering 923 calls, including 301 complaints, 15 reports and 607 consultations.

This year, 3. 15 handled 115 complaints about merchandise, accounting for 38.21% of complaints, and 186 complaints from service categories, accounting for 61.79% of complaints.

From statistics, the top three complaints in commodity category are clothing, shoes, hats, pportation and communication equipment.

Clothing and footwear appeals are mainly concentrated in several aspects: first, there are quality problems in clothing and footwear, but once consumers question the quality of goods, businesses often refuse to return products on the grounds of affecting second sales, and require consumers to detect; two, because of the larger sales promotion efforts, some dealers deliberately raise prices, and the price is inconsistent with the actual payment price, causing consumers to complain; three, consumers are rejected because of incorrect size and color differences; four, there are many problems in online shopping in terms of after-sales service and quality; five, there is a problem of selling counterfeit goods and three no products at the fairs.
