According to the statistical data of quality supervision "12365" complaint (consultation) center, in 2007, the "12365" hotline received all kinds of complaints (consulting) and 1697 reports, which was 10.7% lower than that in 2006. The four categories of complaints (consulted) and the most reported products were office, communication products, light textile products, decoration, gold, metrology products and electromechanical products, accounting for 24.45%, 21.15%, 17.21% and 13.67% of the total complaints, respectively.

Among them, mobile phones, clothing and shoes, electric vehicles have become the focus of complaints.

It is understood that in 2007, the quality supervision "12365" received 341 complaints about mobile phone quality (consulting), accounting for 82.2% of the total complaints of office and communication products, and 20.09% of the total complaints of the year.

Motherboard failure, battery can not be charged, automatic shutdown, mobile phone black screen, interruption of calls are the main complaints of consumers.

Many consumers also expressed dissatisfaction with the after-sales service of some brand mobile phones. For example, the machine still kept the consumers at their own expense during the "three package" period. The maintenance process did not provide the standby machine according to the prior commitment, and no maintenance certificate was issued after several repairs.

In addition, clothing and footwear complaints (consultation) are mainly focused on garment off-line, hole breaking, pilling, unwashed and discoloration, marked ingredients, and shoes degumming, color difference and so on.

Among them, clothing complaints (consulting) were 150, accounting for 41.78% of the total complaints of light textile products, 8.84% of the total complaints in the whole year, 122 of footwear complaints (consulting), 33.98% of the total complaints of textile products, and 7.19% of the total annual total.

In addition, in 2007, there were 77 complaints and reports on the quality of electric vehicles, accounting for 33.19% of the total complaints of electrical and mechanical products, and 4.54% of the total annual volume, a slight decrease over last year.

The quality of batteries is the focus of complaints about electric bicycles.

Many consumers said that the batteries they purchased were not able to reach the mileage promised by manufacturers and dealers, and the quality of the batteries after replacement was still difficult to meet the standards.
