AQSIQKnitted UnderwearRandom Inspection Results

< p > the AQSIQ recently announced the results of the state inspection and supervision of the quality of knitted underwear products in the first quarter of 2014, and 12 batches of products failed to meet the requirements of the standard.

< /p >

< p > in the first quarter of 2014, 120 batches of knitted underwear products produced by 120 enterprises in 8 provinces and municipalities in Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Shandong, Hubei and Guangdong were surveyed.

According to the requirements of GB 18401-2010, "basic safety technical specifications for National Textiles", 10 items including formaldehyde content, decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes, pH value, fiber content, color fastness to water, color fastness to dry rubbing, acid fastness to perspiration, color fastness to alkali, color fastness to washing and heat preservation rate of knitted underwear products were tested.

< p > results show that there are 11 batches of products with unqualified fiber content items, involving Shanghai Jinpeng Textile Development Co., Ltd., Shanghai Xinzi Fang Clothing Co., Ltd., Jiangyin Boyan Garments Co., Ltd., Dongyang Hongyi Knitting Co., Ltd., Yiwu Yi Yi Underwear Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Kai Tai Garments Co., Ltd., three needles dress (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd., Han Cai (Fujian) Underwear Co., Ltd., Qingdao Haoer Garments Co., Ltd., Foshan Nanhai awei Garment Co., Ltd., and the city of Australia Garment Co., Ltd.

Among them, a batch of "Australia's" men's plain trousers, "Zhongshan cotton 100%", is a batch of "Ao Tai Clothing Co., Ltd.". The measured value is cotton 93.7% and viscose 6.3%.

< /p >

< p > because consumers choose to purchase a href= "//www.sjfzxm.com/news/index_c.asp" > clothing goods < /a >, they are often selected according to the content of the indicated fiber content. The fiber content does not conform to the nominal content or no fiber identification will directly damage the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.

< /p >

< p > < strong > [problem two] < a href= "//www.sjfzxm.com/news/index_c.asp" > pH value < /a > exceeding standard < /strong > /p >

< p > spot checks also found that the pH value of "KELUO colo" men's underwear in a batch of Jinjiang colo garment Weaving Co., Ltd. exceeded the standard value. The standard value was "4 to 8.5" and the measured value was "9.6".

< /p >

< p > pH is an index reflecting the acidity and alkalinity of the articles. Because the surface of the human body is weakly acidic, the pH value of the clothing products is too high or too low, which may destroy the pH balance of the human skin, cause skin allergy or infection, and make the skin vulnerable to other pathogens.
