According to India's "commercial flag" reported that the Ministry of industry minister of India Kuma recently in India Congress said that India's ban on Chinese toy imports is temporary nature, once India formulating standards and regulations related to the quality of toys, the ban will automatically fail.

Kumar said that a committee of the India government is studying and formulating regulations on the quality standards of toys to ensure that all toys sold in India meet this standard.

At the same time, the Department in charge of small and medium enterprises in India will consult with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization to promote the development of India's own toy industry and make the safety standards for India toy products meet the international requirements.

Kumar said that the India government announced last month that it banned the importation of Chinese toys because it was "worried about the health and safety of the toy users".

But this ban does not have the status of administrative order.
