The export of clothing and clothing has been reduced by 0.5%, the second negative growth this year, except in February.
Affected by this, China's cumulative export growth dropped from 6.4% in October to 5.7%.
On the one hand, the decline is due to a larger base year (last November, a small peak for the current year, an increase of 16.6% over the same period last year). On the other hand, it also indicates that exports will be under pressure at the end of the year.
China's cumulative imports showed negative growth for fifth consecutive months, with a drop of 11%.
General trade exports declined and border small trade grew against the trend. In November, exports of general trade and processing trade all declined, with a decrease of 0.7% and 10.4% respectively, while the border trade trend increased by 20.3%.
In 1~11 months, China's general trade totaled 206 billion 790 million US dollars, an increase of 6%, processing trade dropped by 2.3%, and border trade increased by 3.9%.
In November, textile exports increased by 0.9%, while clothing decreased by 1.3%.
In textiles, exports of fabrics alone increased by 5%, while yarn and finished goods decreased by 8.5% and 1.7% respectively.
In garments, the total export volume of knitted and woven garments increased by 0.8%, and the export average unit price decreased by 1.8%.
In 1~11 months, textiles and clothing were exported by US $102 billion 430 million and US $170 billion 390 million, respectively, by 5.3% and 5.9% respectively.
All categories of commodities were growing, of which the export volume of knitted and woven garments increased by 7.3%, and the average unit price of exports decreased by 1.3%.

Slowdown
In November, exports to the EU amounted to 4 billion 270 million US dollars, an increase of 4.7%. The growth rate slowed down compared with the previous period, but it still maintained growth and played a supporting role in the overall export.
In 1~11 months, China's total exports to the European Union amounted to 53 billion 580 million US dollars, an increase of 14.8%, of which 10.5% of textiles and 16.8% of clothing.
The total export volume of knitted and woven garments increased by 12.7%, and the export average unit price increased by 4.1%.
Steady growth in the US
In November, exports to the US amounted to 3 billion 380 million US dollars, an increase of 0.2%.
In 1~11 months, China's total exports to the United States totaled 41 billion 30 million US dollars, an increase of 7.4%.
Among them, textiles and clothing increased by 6% and 7.9% respectively.
In garments, total exports of knitted and woven garments increased by 4%, and the export average unit price increased by 3.8%.
ASEAN rebounded again
In November, exports to ASEAN continued to grow, and exports increased by 11% US dollars in the same month, up by US $3 billion 440 million. The growth rate of textiles is faster than that of garments, driven by 28% growth of fabrics.
In 1~11 months, China's total exports to ASEAN totaled 32 billion 550 million US dollars, an increase of 6.2%.
Exports of bulk exports of fabrics and yarns increased by 10.5% and 9.2% respectively, and manufactured goods increased by 14.2%.
In garments, the export volume of knitted and woven garments increased by 9.1%, and the export average unit price decreased by 9.4%.
Accelerated decline in Japan
Exports to the European Union, the United States and ASEAN continued to grow in November. The decline was mainly concentrated in Japan, China, Hongkong and Russia, and the negative pull of the three markets to the overall export reached 3.6 percentage points.
Japan declined for the tenth consecutive month, while Hongkong in China declined for eleventh consecutive months, while Russia moved up and down by 19%.

clothing Imported Price increase
Cotton spot trading is light.
In November, textile imports fell 13.1%, down for seventh consecutive months.
Clothing imports fell 3.4%, the first drop in the year.
The yarn, fabric and finished products in textiles decreased by 14.3%, 14.3% and 8.1% respectively.
Yarn and fabric showed a drop in volume and price. In clothing, knitted and woven garments decreased by 1.1%, mainly due to a decrease in import unit prices and an increase of 31% in imports.
In 1~11 months, the total import of textiles decreased by 6.5%, of which yarn and fabrics decreased by 8.4% and 10.1% respectively, and finished products increased by 5.2%.
Clothing grew by 16.6%, of which 490 million imports from large categories of knitted and woven garments increased by 62.4%, and the average unit price of imports dropped by 26.4%.
In November, textile enterprises maintained low inventory of raw materials, and cotton spot pactions were slack, and the market continued to decline.
In November, the average price of China's cotton price index was (CC Index 3128B) 14685 yuan / ton, down 163 yuan.
China imported cotton price index FC Index M average monthly price 71.78 cents / pound, down 3.02 cents.
1% the discount rate for customs duties and sliding duties is 11289 yuan / ton and 13704 yuan / ton respectively, which are lower than the Chinese cotton price index for the same period 3396 yuan and 981 yuan respectively. The difference was 320 yuan and 101 yuan more than that of last month.
In November, cotton imports continued to decline and the decline was further widened.
In the same month, the import of 92 thousand tons decreased by 47%, and the average price of imports dropped to 15.6%.
China's imports totaled 2 million 176 thousand tons, down 38.5%, and the unit price of imports increased by 2.5% in 1~11 months.
Customs statistics of major markets
EU's import growth from China is below average.
According to the EU customs statistics, this year 1~10 months, the EU imported $115 billion 970 million from the global textile and apparel, an increase of 9.6%.
EU textile imports totaled 27 billion 320 million US dollars, an increase of 10.2%, and clothing imports of US $88 billion 650 million, an increase of 9.5%.
China's total imports of textile and apparel products totaled 43 billion 880 million US dollars, an increase of 7.7%, lower than the average growth rate.
Imports of textiles and clothing from ASEAN amounted to 10 billion 270 million US dollars, an increase of 13.5%.
China's textile and apparel market share in the EU was 37.8%, down 0.7 percentage points from the same period last year, and the ASEAN market share was 8.9%, an increase of 0.3 percentage points over the same period last year.
Turkey and Bangladesh accounted for 13.4% and 11.3% of the market share respectively.
US import slowdown from ASEAN
According to us customs statistics, in the 1~10 months of this year, the United States imported textiles and clothing from the world for 99 billion 900 million US dollars, an increase of 3.3%.
Of which, imports of textiles 227.1 billion, an increase of 4.2%, clothing imports $77 billion 190 million, an increase of 3%.
Imports of textiles and garments from China amounted to 37 billion 570 million US dollars, an increase of 1.8%.
Imports from ASEAN amounted to 19 billion 220 million US dollars, an increase of 4.7%.
The share of Chinese products in the US market is 38.3%, down 0.5 percentage points from the same period in 2013.
ASEAN's share in the US market was 19.2%, an increase of 0.2 percentage points over the same period in 2013.
Japan's imports increased in single month
According to Japanese customs statistics, Japanese textile and clothing imports continued to decline, down 9.9% in September, and the decline was again enlarged.
1~10 months this year, Japanese textile and apparel imports totaled 34 billion 160 million US dollars, down 4.7%, of which 7 billion 540 million US dollars in textile imports, an increase of 3.4%, and clothing imports 26 billion 620 million US dollars, down 6.8%.
Imports from China 230.3 billion, down 9.8%, and imports 6 billion 230 million US dollars from ASEAN over the same period, an increase of 12.6%.
The share of Chinese products in the Japanese market dropped to 67.4%, down nearly 4 percentage points from the same period in 2013.
ASEAN's market share in Japan rose to 18.2%, an increase of nearly 3 percentage points over the same period in 2013.
