Development

A high-efficiency cold pad batch process suitable for cotton and its blended fabrics was developed, that is, using high concentration of hydrogen peroxide and caustic soda in the same bath, the cotton fabric can be stacked at room temperature for 6~8h, and then washed efficiently to achieve the purpose of returning, boiling and bleaching.

2. the oxygen bleaching stabilizer for high efficiency cold pad batch process has been developed through the analysis and synergistic effect of permeability, alkali resistance, environmental protection, emulsifying power, chelating, dispersing and high oxygen resistance of raw materials.

3. a highly efficient alkali resistant scouring and penetrating agent for high efficiency cold pad batch technology has been developed. The product has good alkali resistance, dynamic infiltration, wetting, emulsifying and washing, so as to degrade fiber impurities and promote degradation of degradation products.

The special auxiliary oxygen bleaching stabilizer and high efficiency scouring agent penetrant agent have been sold for more than 200 tons, and sales income has reached nearly 3 million yuan, which has brought good economic benefits for the company.

Using this technology to produce cotton, polyester, cotton and other specifications of a total of 6 million meters, have achieved good results, sales revenue of 100 million yuan.

4. the dye is circularly distributed on the cross section of the yarn to meet the market's demand for the antique style colorful denim series products.

The project has built 1 clean and dyed yarn production lines for denim yarn. Through the implementation of this project, it can promote the synchronous development of the related textile printing and dyeing enterprises in China, and it has a positive and positive effect on the implementation of energy saving, environmental protection and cleaner production technology in the printing and dyeing industry.

In 2013, the sale of clean dyed denim fabrics was 7 million 200 thousand meters, with an additional profit of 11 million 730 thousand yuan and a tax of 5 million 570 thousand yuan.
