Cangnan: Travel Expenses Are Generally Better.

Reporters learned from the County Finance Bureau, a few days ago, the county finance organization of the county, county and township two levels of administrative institutions, since April 1, 2014, the management of travel expenses for special self-examination and spot checks.

The examination results show that the overall implementation of the standard of travel expenses in our county is relatively good, and the relevant standards can be conscientiously implemented and basically approved and strengthened according to the regulations.

In the implementation of all aspects of business discipline, there is no violation of the scope of travel expenses and increase the standard of expenditure without authorization.

It is understood that this inspection is a special work carried out by our county in implementing the spirit of the eight provisions of the Central Committee and the "Regulations on party and government organs' austerity against waste".

A total of 283 units in the county conducted self-examination, including 87 units at the first level and 196 units in two units.

County Finance also conducted spot checks on 6 units.

The content of the self inspection is the implementation of the unit travel expenses management regulations since April 1, 2014, including system construction and expenditure.

There are no travel activities without substance and no clear purpose of public affairs. There is no travel in disguised form and way in disguised form. There is no falsification, false reporting and false travel expenses. There is no phenomenon of pferring travel expenses to subordinate units, enterprises or other units.

However, in the process of examination and approval and reimbursement management, there are still some units that only go out for approval procedures, no travel approval documents or travel approval documents are not compliant.

There are 13 units in the cost of accommodation, air fare and other related travel expenses have not been settled according to the provisions of the use of official cards.

Through this inspection and combined with the actual situation of our county, the County Finance Bureau requires all units in the county to establish and improve the internal control system and the travel approval system, further strengthen the management, strengthen the training and study of the travel expenses management regulations, improve the professional quality of the duty officers, and make the reimbursement system for air tickets and lodging under the Internet situation, so as to keep pace with the development of the new normal.
