Top more than 60 Global clothing The company, brand and the American clothing and Footwear Association (AAFA) represent more than 800. brand A commitment has been signed that will not knowingly purchase Uzbekistan's cotton using forced child labour.


These companies will maintain this commitment until it is independently verified by the International Labour Organization (ILO), which has been eliminated. This commitment has been coordinated by responsible procurement networks and posted on its website.


Companies that sign commitments include:


   Adidas Eddie, Ball Corp, EILEEN FISHER company, H & M & amp; company; and; Cole; department store; M; company; Li Feng limited; company; company; new company; peacock products group; peacock general merchandise Co., Ltd.; group (Adidas, Reebok, Taylor manufacturing, Adidas golf); ANN INC. (Antel, LOFT); Brooks sports company; Burberry, C &A; Carrefour; Carter (Carter, OshKoshB Gosh company); Columbia sportswear company.


The signing company promised publicly that they would stick to their promises and persuade the Uzbekistan government to stop using forced child labour to pick cotton. This initiative has unfolded unprecedented numbers of American and European clothing enterprises, luxury brands and consumers, initiated by some European and American advocacy organizations and human rights groups in Uzbekistan in 2004.
