Elva: founded in 1992, the international leader was founded by Mr. Gao Zhiwei, the first generation of leaders.

In the early days, we mainly provided OEM services for high-end fashion brands such as Zara, H&M, Gap, Uniqlo and Armani, DKNY and other high-end fashion brands.

Now, we have three private brands: HAILIVES, HEMPEL and Nancy K.

In addition, in recent years, we also have designer brand collection store ARRTCO and ARRTCO collection.

We are acting as designer brokers.

Reporter: Han Po has pformed from OEM to ODM, and now it has set up a "number set", which is also a platform for designers of Chinese and silk products.

So what is the purpose of the set designer platform?

In November of Elva:2014, we set up a design center in Shanghai.

We hope it will become a platform to provide more resources and our pformation experience to the industry, so that this platform can become an interactive platform.

Reporter: under the influence of influx of Western brands, rapid reproduction of garment factories and extrusion of large consortia, it is not easy to design in China.

How will the designer platform help original designers overcome difficulties?

Elva: indeed, in today's environment, to tell the truth, the pressure of designers to survive is great. It will be more difficult to fight alone, and they need strong help.

Therefore, we play the role of designer brokers, creativity, design, production, we can arrange.

Reporter: how does the "platform" designer platform operate?

Elva: a platform needs the support of business mode. Our current business mode has two parts: B2B and B2C. We now focus on B2B, and many enterprises hope to design and produce outside, we can all serve.

Reporter: I understand that unlike other platforms, the number set designer platform can provide samples.

What is the reason for this?

Elva: because we are constantly thinking about our customers' problems.

For example, if a designer only provides a draft, it is just a piece of work.

But, I'm sorry, what the market needs is not works, but products.

So, how to turn it into a commodity, there is a process in between.

If some manufacturers want to practice this process, they need a good master and good craftsmen to make good results.

But we can directly provide customers with design and version, so that they can start production quickly. This is what customers want, and we will continue to integrate into the whole service chain.

Reporter: what platform will the designer set up this year to carry out the service work of the platform?

Elva: the platform has two ends, one is the absorption of talents, the other is the service for the industry.

Our platform is a platform for resource integration, like I just said, how to turn a piece of work into a product and then become a commodity. This process also needs fabric and accessories. We welcome more fabric suppliers to put their fabrics here, and provide them with more designers and brands.

Fabric is a very important piece, many times with the design but no fabric support, it is also very difficult to do production.

We also hope that more manufacturers will import their resources so that everyone can share them here.

Reporter: the set is the designer platform for the pformation of ODM, which includes four parts: market analysis, brand positioning, sales plan and brand promotion. The business involved is very comprehensive.

To make the platform so comprehensive, it is particularly demanding for the team's operational capability. Is the silk and silk ready?

Elva: in recent years, we also have our own brand operating in the country, and have achieved good results.

Our current team has a core team of designers. Most of our designers have 20 years' experience in making domestic brands.

I have been to mainland China for 96 years. I have been running domestic brands and I am very familiar with the domestic market. We are not just standing on the design side to run the brand, but more from the perspective of the market.

Reporter: "we can all help you with creativity, design, production and sales," I said. So I have a question. What is the designer doing since the collection is arranged?

This is for the customers of B to B, we provide the whole service from "creativity, design, production and sale".

The design of the chain is certainly done by design.

Volume set is the integration of resources.

For B to C, the number set in turn helps designers or designer brands to carry out a series of commercial support such as "operation, production, branding, promotion, operation" and so on.

Reporter: POP excellent material network is about to go online. What kind of cooperation will the design center of Han Bo and POP carry out?

Elva:POP and design center are doing the platform. The cooperation between both sides is front-end and backend.

We will put our design on the POP superior material net.

Because many manufacturers are far away from Shanghai, they can't often come to our design center and tell us in face-to-face what styles they want.

So this is also a good channel for us to show our design, so that the manufacturers that need it can find what they need, and they find a point, and we develop it into a feasible design.
